May 17 — Threats: The kid downstairs is talking about catching the place on fire and messing with the caller’s charging cable. There is a light on a bitcoin miner, and the caller thinks it could be a bomb.

A subject is somewhere stalking the caller, and talking about making him vomit and cutting him. The caller can hear him possibly in the operating system of his phone.

Caller: “I hear a teen being beaten for me showing them my c**k and b***s by that delusional doctor, claiming he has the right to rape me and breed me for his tribe.” The caller believes he’s being surgically altered.

Caller: “The people from the credit bureaus monitoring me are trying to break my bones hurt, and shoulder, when I leave the house … I’m opting out for a while because of this.”

Caller said there is an emergency. He said that he showed his c**k and b***s to a male subject, and they walked this guy somewhere. The caller said he was on the patio of his own apartment, and then said that “they are abusing him more.”

Agency assistance: Caller needs assistance with a vehicle involved with a robbery today. A female subject owns the vehicle. The plate for a car was on a Ford F-150. The caller was hoping an officer would go and see if the female subject’s plate was stolen and reported, or stolen and not reported.

May 18 — A bitcoin miner in the living room might possibly be a bomb, it’s not working correctly. The caller phoned the manufacturer, and they said they will replace it because someone broke it. It’s making a humming/buzzing sound since the caller got it in January, and red and green lights are freaking the caller out. The caller was gone for January through March, and someone might have messed with it.

A male subject keeps coming in and peeing out in the open, in a field, and digging through the trash. The subject defecated behind a building three days ago, and the caller has kids. The subject was last seen wearing a gray hoodie, a black jacket and blue jeans, and was talking to himself. He’s behind the bakery now.

Welfare check: A subject is weaving back and forth in the area, and was in the roadway. The caller couldn’t tell if it was a male or a female. The subject was last seen wearing a red/black plaid jacket with the hood up, and had luggage/backpacks and a fishing pole. The subject looked confused, and was possibly on drugs.

Shots fired: There were six shots fired, or fireworks, just now. The caller doesn’t know which direction they came from. No one was seen, but the caller saw a racoon, so someone was possibly shooting at a raccoon.

Suicidal subject: A female subject is suicidal. The caller said she used marijuana, but doesn’t think the subject has any weapons. There might not be any vehicles parked outside. Currently she is on the phone with her son.

May 20 — Theft: Caller’s Prime Visa credit card is missing again. A neighbor said they stole it. The caller left the apartment yesterday to put out some cake. The caller doesn’t know the neighbor’s name, and can only hear them through the floor.

Malicious harassment: His own family is stalking the caller. They are downstairs now, and are saying “they want to cut off his genitals.”

Caller found a briefcase at the base of a tree. Inside the briefcase is a rusty pistol. The caller is available by phone.

Citizen assist: Caller wants to be contacted, but does not want lights or sirens. She’s in the process of getting a restraining order against a woman, and is involved with Mobile Crisis Services. The person whom she is trying to get an order against drove by and waved at her.

Transferred to Washington State Patrol: Caller’s mother found out that the caller took the bus yesterday, and he thinks she swerved on purpose in front of the bus. This occurred in front of the transit station on the highway in Seaview. His mother was driving a Toyota hatchback, the caller’s neurolink was telling him.

May 21 — Caller needs to make a royal decree. King Nurse Practitioner was dubbed by the Columbia River, by a prince. Then the caller went on to name all the other royal family members. He said someone was arrested for murder. He knows, because he was there when she was shot. “Wait, was I there when she got shot?”

May 22 — Transferred to Medix: Caller fell last night and hasn’t been able to get up. It’s possibly a refractured titanium hip. The caller doesn’t think the door is unlocked, but she knows who has a key.

May 23 — Last night the caller’s vehicle, a red 2002 Ford Explorer, went into a ditch. The caller called back and said someone towed his vehicle.

In the back parking lot, with two dogs in the vehicle, a male subject stopped the caller. The subject was slurring his words, and didn’t seem all there. He was asking about who owns the vehicle, which is a dark-colored hatchback sedan.

At work, someone hit the caller’s parked car, a Subaru Forester. There’s no camera footage. This happened around 20 minutes ago. It’s still drivable, there’s just a dent on a back door. The other person already left, but the caller did exchange insurance information with them. A big, long red GMC Denali was the truck that backed into her.

May 17 — Someone broke the chain that was up across the road, and the caller is at her property now, trying to get in with her trailer. She thinks people have been driving through, and can see big truck tire marks in the road. The caller wants contact from an officer, to see what happened to the chain. The caller is walking up the road right now.

Vandalism: A blue Ford pickup pulled up in front of the neighbor’s house and ran over their mailbox. The truck then headed north. The truck was also dragging trees on the road behind his truck. The driver was an older white male with gray hair.

Violation of court order: Caller’s wife walked into the house and said the caller needs to move out. She left in a cream-colored SUV, headed toward the highway in an unknown direction.

Car fire: A red Dodge truck’s gas-powered engine is on fire. The caller could see flames, and two subjects were outside the vehicle.

Welfare check: Caller requested a check on their son. They last had contact two weeks ago. The son was recently in the hospital for a heart attack, and the caller has not been able to reach him since he’s been home. There’s no answer at the door of the residence, where he lives with his wife. The caller is available by phone.

Welfare check: A male subject is walking up the gravel road with a rifle on him. The subject has short hair, and was last seen wearing a black T-shirt and carrying a backpack. The caller said she knows he is a felon, and he looks like he is having some mental issues. The subject is on the gravel road heading to Radar Hill behind the youth camp.

Citizen assist: Caller has an order against a subject, and while in court, the subject was harassing her. The judge had her stay until the subject left. The caller said that when she was on her way home, she saw two guys go into the subject’s house, and she is panicking.

Litter: A female subject was dumping garbage in the area. The caller took a picture of the subject with her truck, and all the stuff around it.

Adult abuse: Caller believes her neighbor around the corner is being financially abused by his sister, The male subject told her that he lives in a shed in the back of the property, and his sister takes 90% of his disability check. He is mentally disabled.

Caller can hear lots of beeping. He has 5 acres, and he thinks that it might be one of the neighbors. He’s unsure what the noise is, but it has been going on for five nights. This is the first time he has called about it. The caller doesn’t know his neighbors’ names.

May 18 — Domestic violence: A subject hit the caller in her face. Both of them had been drinking. She does not need aid. The subject has been mean to her the last few weeks. There is a baby in the house still sleeping.

Parking problem: The street is blocked off because of “tweakers.” The caller said they are coming and going at all hours of the night, and they are blocking driveways.

Criminal trespass: There’s traffic in and out all night long. Two subjects are living there, and were supposed to be moved out May 10 or 11. Four cars are still there, and there are ongoing issues.
