MC-15 ( 10 and 12 too ) Cri Cri displays a remarkable success using two small prop close to one another...but one bigger one is more effective. This usually drives to 2 or one engine situation naturally....albeit Wright bros had one engine.

How much is the difference if I have one 2,3 metre dia prop or 2 x 700 mm props in efficiency ?

I am wondering if it is possible to achieve a complete penetration when welding very thin tubes/aero structures like? That is, achieving a penetration that is equal to the tube walls.
