Good morning all.

Hi all,
First time home buyer in the Fraser Coast region, we built with a reputable builder, but the storm water connecting to the footpath had sunk in, and 2m of the SW pipe had been shattered. After digging it up, it was found 2 pipes only have 1 outlet, and the other pipe was just flowing into dirt, which explains the sink hole.

Hi, we are in our house, ahead of schedule, which is great. Keeping in mind we are only one storey. As i am reminded, it’s like a download… gets to 95% and then everything slows down. Drip feeding the last 5% is somewhere frustrating and they might be small but enough to annoy. So it depends on what you want, speed or perfection…Masterpiece I heard build over 200 homes per year…...
