I have a IIcx with 4 x 1mb SIMMs in Bank A

Can I add 4 x 4mb SIMMS in Bank B for a total of 20mb (Mode32 installed) ?

I read somewhere about the larger memory needing to be in Bank A but maybe that was just the original Mac II ?

I got a dead Macintosh TV a while ago, and after recapping it the machine finally turns on, but it'll only play the death chime and show a dim blank screen.
