I've spent my career in production environments. Loved it. What I didn't love was the exclusion of women when it came to, well, everything. Fair treatment, equal pay, a seat at the table, recognition, promotions, support, etc. Most companies only talk the talk.

I decided to own the DICKLESS label and to turn it into a brand that reminds everyone of that assigned status quo.

I am here to empower women and to educate men.

Penis or not, it is in everyone's interest to support and empower women.
