Hello! I’ve posted a couple of questions and bought bits from a few of you, but thought I should finally do a proper introduction post.

I changed careers a couple of years ago and, having lost the benefit of a work car and needing something that would keep me off the motorbike during winter, I thought I’d spend a few grand and buy the newest MX-5 I could, as a fun cheap...

I attended a 'classic' car meet today for the first time in my Fauxrrari.
It was held at a local garden centre with free admission. Over a hundred cars and bikes attended. To say it was an eclectic mix is a bit of an understatement.
My little fake attracted an awful lot of attention. I have never been so popular!
Loved the M5, the concourse blue TR6 and the KH400...<...

Afternoon all,

So after buying Wilksd Z4 3.0si I’m looking at my options for repairing/changing the noisey rear diff.

My thoughts,
1 replace like for like with same E85 3.0si manual 3.23 ratio diff, quite a few on eBay so most sensible option.
2 change for a E86 3.0si manual rear diff to improve acceleration as believe this is a 3.46.
3 fit LSD...

Decided to have the strut braces blasted and Ceracoated, chuffed.
Although may need some lighting behind the grills to see the v brace
