Anyone seen this Broward recently? 2001 93' motoryacht formerly named "Northern Lights", "Seaquel", "Sur"???

Last saw it personally on Great Lakes/Lake MI as "Seaquel", where it was kept in Sturgeon Bay (until ~2011). I believe it went south then over to Baja??

Started life as smaller (maybe 60 ish foot) boat then was totally rebuilt and extended at the Broward...

Been a while since I’ve posted on this forum but thought it might give me some first hand knowledge vs regurgitated Internet war stories.

I am well aware of aluminum in salt and the potential for disaster. Beyond that, please educate me on the good, the bad, and the ugly of all things Broward. I’m a Hatteras guy, and have zero experience with Broward.

Looking for some advice. Here is the issue hot water fluctuates form all faucets and showwers. We have a 20gal hot water tank. 110v well pump with Amtrol tank for constant pressure. Three sinks 2 showers. This is how Post equiped the boat. Hot water tank replaced 2009. It is not leaking no signs of corrosion. It is making hot water.
