Ive only ever played retail. Which games have separated pvp brackets for xpoff/on? I know retail xpoff has its own ques, or the other variations the same way (classic, mop classic, etc).

every now and then, I pop back in here to see if there are any new updates to the classes I twink and I noticed casters have +4 int gems now and I still have the +3 on my twinks...where do I acquire these gems and is there a place in the forums where these updates are regularly posted?
