Has any ever had their wine freeze. I had to move my wine from my basement to my garage because we finished out downstairs during the winter and all of my wines froze. Concord. Catawba. And Reisling. The concord definitely tastes different. At least one of my 5 gallons of Catawba taste different. Is there anything I can do about this

Hi,
I just discovered this forum today while searching for some info on making rosé. I was a winemaking intern in 2018 and 2019 at a small winery in Sonoma County (mostly Pinot Noir, a bit of Chard), and started making wine at home in 2020. I have a tiny vineyard - 8 PN vines - and make very small batches of wine at home with my own grapes and some donated grapes.

Hello all. Bought a home last year with 30 vibes that were 3 year olds. Had some amazing producers. However, three of them haven’t done a thing yet…no buds, nothing…yet vines right next to them are doing great. Last year they were amazing producers. I've always done it in secondary, but wondering if I should be doing it in primary?
