Everybody loves a waterfall, don’t they? I know I do. I’ve visited lots and lots of waterfalls in Nova Scotia and here are 5 I’ve found that are pretty easy hikes and kid friendly.

One of the spots I love to poke around is Burntcoat Head Park in Noel, Hants County. This park is just another of the special gifts the Bay of Fundy offers up for us.
Situated in the eastern end of the Annapolis Valley with the North Mountain as a backdrop , is the town of Kentville. It’s location was chosen for the Cornwallis River which meanders though the town.
Kentville is proud of its recreational facilities-outdoor pool, arena, soccer and baseballs fields and more. All these are meticulously looked after.
