I have had the stupid plastic bushings fail on both ends of my transfer case shifter and it's making me mad. I've replaced them and still have the cable slip off a couple of times. Any experience or issues with these?

well about a year ago i made the decision to sell my 08 JKU rubi to get myself a solid DD. Ended up purchasing a 16' Toyota Tacoma and it is fantastic i love it and it makes for a great DD. If I wasn’t trying to run the Rubicon Trail in a few months, I wouldn’t be flipping out over the Jeep. I’m trying to keep it in perspective that I’ve only spent $4500 in repairs the past 12 yrs I’ve owned the Jeep. I don’t count the cost of oil changes or fluid changes as that’s needed maintenance.
