No heat. Loud HVAC.

Heater has been getting progressively louder. Recently the heat has stopped working. I've attached a video with the sound. I was quoted $2000. Told it's the coolant pump. Part# 001CP6871. I can't find anything about this part. If I can I'd like to diy it at all possible. Appreciate the help and advice

No heat. 2015. Pressure sensor error.

Hi all. Long story, bought my egolf knowing that heating was not working. It was a small no brand dealer, they had changed the 3 pressure sensors that was making errors. But they had not given them linbus adresses. I took the car to a guy I known that has an original vcds, and knowns how to use it. He could give 2 sensors an adress, but not sensor no 5.
