Going vegan was fairly easy but now after about 10 years I'm losing grip over things. Like life is just slipping past me. Time flies I suppose its just a matter of reliving those moments that may mean something. Anyone else in a cycle as if the same thing is happening twice? What are your thoughts on this? To me it seems quite hypocritical to go out and buy dead animals to feed your cat but I don't know. I've seen 2 vegans (influencers) online who have cats and feed them non vegan food. Hmm. Thoughts?? If I were to get a cat (as a vegan) and feed him/her non vegan food would this make me a total hypocrite?

We are constantly bombarded with horrible news stories every single day, and they're painful to read. It can even result in compassion fatigue (see my thread on compassion fatigue). But every so often we read or hear about something that happens that makes you smile, makes you cry happy tears and restores your faith in humanity. I read one such story just now.
