On the weekend, helped my riding buddy tear down a 2009 MP with a blown motor that he bought for parts. Previous owner had no idea why it blew but did say that he just had it serviced just before it happened. What is this plug for, on the exhaust side of my Phazer engine?

Was comparing oil tanks today. The 3 cylinder oil tanks from 08 + and phazer have just two hoses running to them. The one in the middle of the tank vents to the air box. The upper one connects to the block by oil cooler.

The 4 cylinder oil tanks have a different set up. There are to large hoses that vent from the crankcase.
