Messina Covers makes great products, and are customizable in many colors and engravings. I played a gig with the trumpet lady who co-owns the business, and she was using her bags several years ago. I just checked a price list and they are only $50 less than a Cronkhite. I remember when they first started, they were one of the cheapest options around.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions. I agree that these are the best bags out there, which is why I was very excited to see what they came up with for a tuba stand bag. I got my first cassette player when I was 8 years old, and used it to listen to the classical radio station, wbjc, and some cassettes of Bach and Beethoven that I bought with my own money. Later that year I bought a Canadian brass cassette

Soon after was a PDQ Bach cassette. I thought it was the funniest damn thingm
