I have a Village Marine SW watermaker that is acting weird. When I start the WM, the LP pump starts at 20psi (sometimes 15psi), then I turn on the HP pump at 800psi. The LP pump pressure drops to 10ish psi and all seems fine. The number are as they should be. Then at 35min into things, the LP drops to Zero, then to -5..-10psi. Hello fellow TF's - currently looking at a boat with 1988 Lehman 135's, with approx 5,000 hours - a bit high vs all of the other boats we have seen - most with 2000-3000 hrs. They have been well maintained with good maintenance records and oil analysis records. What say ye? I've heard all of the talk - "10,000 to 15,000 is no problem", but would you buy with 5,000 hrs, Thanks so...
