Sometimes Felix's anus sticks out a slight amount. It's not all the time and never more than what is shown in the photos. My 16 year old tortie Rose is in the throws of some constipation. I'm going to make a long story short. She had an enema that didn't help much, was acting funny the next day and hadn't peed, so back to the ER we went. Doc did bloodwork and xrays and found she was full of poop. What the radiologist actually said was "likely constipation with possible megacolon"...
