The wife has been wanting to try this so used coffee, smoked paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, salt and pepper. Rubbed with olive oil and then sprinkled with the coffee mixture. Seared on the Genesis. Roasted Brussels sprouts, sautéed mushrooms and crusty bread as the sides. Paired with a Cabernet Sauvignon.
