Purchased a used, decent condition, Genesis 1000 about 10 years ago. Got RCPlaner grates, and it's been fine. It needs another refresh now. Needs disassembly, simple green scrub, firebox repaint etc. A weekends work. Maybe replace dura-wood with real wood this time.

But I'm seeing some "reasonably" priced Summits around, and am wondering about grabbing one and cleaning ...
