Was going to do this on the kettle but the Traeger, which I seldom use any more, was used for some ribs a few days ago so decided to use it for another cook before cleaning and covering. Just used my home-made AP rub and cooked to 175 F in the thighs. After resting in the grill, during the 10 minute shut down cycle, the breasts were at 165 F. Turned out great!

I'm trying to cut some seasoned cherry logs to wood chunks. Is there are particular sawzall brand and blade that will make quick work of this on a Milwaukee sawzall? I tried a pruning blade from Skill (The Ugly) and it didnt really work that well.

Smoked this meatloaf with B&B briquettes and a couple chunks of cherry wood on my 22" Kettle. This was my first attempt at a meatloaf and it turned out really good according to my food critics (family and dog )
