Just in time for the holiday weekend i had to pick up this marketplace find. $80 for a lightly used Master touch 22. We had a gathering of friends coming over for a burn your own meat cookout. Up at around 4 to get the smoker going. Seasoned the brisket last night and right now the WSM is running around 220. Have post oak and mesquite for smoke.
