Hi, for years I have used various shaving sticks in my travel kit, ranging from Palmolive, Arko, and latterly Lea. All have been fine. I wash face well, then rub the stick over the whiskers, and lather up with a stiffish brush. Great.

I wanted to try something different, and now have a Speick stick. Whatever I do, I get a thin lather, that just dosen't last. I "loaded" ...
