One Nation has released the names of the majority of its lower house candidates for the 2026 State Election.


Anne-Marie Loef has become the fifth candidate to nominate for the seat of Mount Gambier which had been held by Troy Bell since 2014.


Ms Loef is the office manager of the Myora Piggery near Mount Gambier and has not contested previous elections.

Emergency services crews have been called to a fire at the Mount Gambier Prison.

It is believed that a blanket has caught fire inside an induction area, with reports that the flames are extensively involved.

The fire at the Moorak site was reported at 1.20pm, with multiple CFS and MFS crews in attendance.
