We'll be going to Paso Robles for 3 weeks, when we're done there we're thinking about going towards Oregon on the 101. I say we don't need reservations, campgrounds always have a couple sites exactly for this purpose. The wife doesn't agree. Who's right? And by the way she absolutely will not stay in parking lots, BLM, or anything like that!

I noticed that my coolant level dropped significantly after each trip. Then I saw that coolant was dripping from the housing that surrounded the heater core. Has anyone had experience with a leak of this type for the Chevy Workhorse 8.1L chassis? I am guessing that I either have a leaky hose inside that housing, a leaking heater core inside that housing or maybe a poor connectio...

I brought my trailer to a local dealership to have my bearings repacked and other maintenance things. I also told them about my toilet not holding water in the bowl. This is a warranty issue as it's under a year old. They've had it for 3 weeks now supposedly waiting for approval, and parts, etc. Is this a normal time line? Last year, I switched from LA to LI batteries - 400aH. No issues. My PD9245 converter, with a pendant, keeps them charged. The RV is parked in my yard and plugged into 50A power. When I changed batteries, they did not fit under the steps, so I ran 4 Ga wires to the old location (2 ft) and wired them to the existing posts. Everything was good all winter.
