Having a great time with my new (used) Beall Pen Wizard. Using my newer Magnate router bit adds to the fun of making rope twists. To think it would take me hours to carve these by hand and now I do the same in minutes. These are done with Polaris kits. Left to right....Acrylic, Bloodwood, Ebony. No finish.....all three Buffed with the Beall System.

OK another Super Bowl in the books. Just for a talking point what did you think of it if you watched. My thoughts are Way too expensive in all aspects of the game. Commercials just are not good any more. I was switching out of them so that $7 million did nothing for me. Did not want to see that Temu commercial there. Other controversial ads too. I just wanted to introduce myself. I'm Robert from Oklahoma, retired and enjoying the experience of pen turning. I started about 2 years ago and have really loved the experience. I was at Rockler going through their scrap bin. Ran across small piece of wood they size of a pen blank. It was strange to me. So much so that I almost tossed it back in thinking it was a piece of scrap particle board or something of the like. The Rockler guy didn't know what it was either and he said I could just have it.
