What’s not to love about lava cakes? Usually single-serve, portion-sized, molten in the middle, and usually chocolate. So when Domino’s rolled out its new S’mores Lava Cakes, I was intrigued.

They are graham cracker cakes with a marshmallow-flavored filling, and the pizza chain describes it as inspired by the classic s’mores flavor, minus the camping.
