If a customer calls and wants urine removed?
You should be able to give some kind of a guarantee of removal ?
Be it 10% or 100% or walk away from the job. [The customer needs to be paying extra for this service ]

Or am I wrong in my thinking

So if you were to launch a rug cleaning plant with zero experience, how would you go about it? Asking for a friend

Sure miss the old days? When cleaners would get on here. Give out free advice that they

would never give to their competitor down the road from them?

Even if half the Sh!t we say on here is made up or pulled out our A$$? It still was Free!!!

My question is? What happened to all that free advice??????

I have an older “ treat your feat” hot water extractor and I’m having pressure problems. Freshly rebuilt 5 cp pump , new wand ( tried 4 in all) new pressure regulator. When I pull the trigger the pressure cuts to about half more than half the time but the pressure gauge stays at 575 , drops a tad when trigger pulled then back to 575 .
