Texas Tech Baseball kicks off Week 10 of the season Wednesday night with a 6:30 p.m. contest against UIW at Rip Griffin Park.

After going a perfect, 4-0 last week in singles and doubles, senior Yekaterina Dmitrichenko picked up her third career weekly conference honor as she was named the Big 12 Player of the Week as announced by the league office on Tuesday afternoon.

The week 10 rankings came out earlier today with the Red Raiders falling from their number one spot after dropping a game against Utah this past weekend. Tech is ranked No. 2/3 in the NFCA and ESPN/USA Softball polls and No. 3/4 in the D1Softball and Softball America polls.
