Description:
Agent using Avaya Agent Desktop (AAD) with ACCS gets stuck in "Wrap-up Break"
state after ending a call. The agent cannot transition to "Ready" or receive
new calls until they manually lift and replace the handset (line reset).

If, after defaulting a SV9100 CP 20 CPU or upgrading the firmware/software, you can ping the CPU, you can access via phone programming or PCPro but you can't access it via WebPro, using phone programming go to 90-54-01 and verify 80 is entered there. If not, type in 80, save and retry WebPro.
Had this happen on 2 CP 20's and that was the problem.

I have two NS700's both with genuine Panasonic UM SD cards (KX-NS5143) whichhad been working but have been powered down for around 6-8 months. I have upgraded both to V9. One of the systems works well, the other can't seem to recognise the UM SD card.......dial 500 and get busy tone......SD usage is 0% used of 0% Mb. ( the other working system is 31% used of 19...
