The State Department raised the threat/travel advisory level to a Level 3 for Kenya - reconsider travel, and there are several Do Not Travel areas within the country including areas of Nairobi.

Tauck does not care about reviews. Once you pay, they do not care about customers. If you do take a tour with them and have any issues on the tour itself, they will not help, just as an FYI.
