This was a reasonably quick book with a good premise and no open door scenes. Both protagonists have been damaged due to circumstances and this basically reflects in their hope of relationships or lack thereof.

Bethany has a heart of gold and has been working round the clock just to keep a roof over their heads and her brother helps out as much as possible.
