(OTCID: TERS) announced that it has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with Ameri-Green Environmental Recycling, LLC ("Ameri-Green") establishing a framework for the parties to pursue a joint venture focused on the deployment and commercialization of Tersis' SynGenic V3 resource-recovery technology in Americus, Georgia.
