To check whether any files are currently locked by active users:

I’d suggest a support ticket. Since the utility has only done one I/O to the associator, it is identifying an issue very early on. You might run ADAVFY to validate the ASSO control blocks.

No, nothing is locked. The files aren’t locked, and there aren’t any utility locks either.

Are any files locked for exclusive use? Check the DIB for utility locks - such as another utility running or failed.
