Which version of SketchUp are you using and which are they using? Include the entire version number. Your profile says you are still using 2025.
Yes it is in a tag folder. But on my mac it works fine. Is it just an intermittent issue?
Are the tags in tag folders? There is a known issue with tag folders on Mac. Until the developers release a fix, exploding the folders is one solution. Rolling back to the previous version is another.
