Has anyone experienced a completely missing cyan on a ucjv300-160? Power was out for 5 days. Soaked the heads till the power came back on. Everything prints and cuts fine with no errors without the cyan firing.
I've replaced the head 1 subtank and the cyan solenoid valve but still no cyan firing.
The cyan filled up on the subtank.

I've registered with the GCC club and attempted to download the drivers from their site, but they won't allow me to get to the drivers because product registration is required and I bought the plotter second hand.
