Shapr3D is riddled with bugs and only getting worse!

I jst renewed my $299 subscription for the second year and I deeply regret it. Shapr3D has gotten worse over the past year, not better. Filing a support ticket ALWAYS results in a response asking for photos, files, deep descriptions. Why? I am not going to do your jobs for you.
