What filler is best for where the body meets the metal thanks

has anyone converted to an electric water pump and if so what alternator bracket did you use as the alternator will have to be positioned lower to get the belt to not interfere with the new water pump

I have a set of four Keystone 13" mags with center caps and lugs.....$400. for the set plus actual shipping costs to your location ( I am also planning on attending the TEAE united and MAYBE the united in Ohio....( don't know yet) but can deliver.........One wheel has a broken lip where the center cap goes but won't be noticable when mounted..( see last picture).....I am located...
