 Yesterday, I had a new kind of media experience: where the interviewer argued with me.  It is one thing to be on a live tv or radio program and engage in a conversation with folks and find points of disagreement. It is another thing for a reporter to call up, asking for my opinion and then rebut. Especially when the rebuttal focuses on events in the 1840s and 1910s.
