One thing I've learned after years of weekend hiking is that planning ahead makes every trip more enjoyable. I usually spend a little time researching the area, checking trail conditions, and finding nearby places worth exploring after the hike. Sometimes I even look at interesting neighborhoods or local developments to understand how a destination is growing before I visit. I recently came across Prestige Park Street while browsing information about places to explore around a future trip, and it offered some helpful local context. Of course, the real highlight is still getting outside, walking the trails, and experiencing the landscape firsthand. A bit of preparation before leaving home often leads to discovering hidden viewpoints, quieter routes, and memorable spots that many visitors overlook.
