Creating resolution options using Yanfly's Options Core3 days ago

I'm trying to implement resolution options like those seen in most PC games. The goal is to have four options (960x540, 1920x1080, 2880x1620, 3840x2160) which will increase the size of the window to the specified amounts. I realize this doesn't actually change the game's native resolution, but that isn't a problem as I've already addressed the blurriness issue.
