Frontline Washing Systems and Headlands Environmental Services will host RECLAIM 2026, a one-day industry event providing a first-hand look at North America’s first mobile soil recovery operation, the technology behind it and the people putting it to work.

Attendees of the October 8 event at the Shxwhá:y Village Soil Management Facility at 9481 Skway Road in Chilliwack, B.C. will see the Headlands system running live, tour the operation, follow material through the recovery process and hear directly from the team operating the plant.

Headlands and Frontline say the following people and organizations should attend the event:

Aggregate producers and quarries: See how washing systems can unlock value from challenging feed material and expand the amount of saleable product recovered.
Hydrovac and slurry operators: Get an up-close look at the technology used to separate water, fines, sand and aggregate from difficult slurry streams.
Transfer stations and recovery operators: Learn how other operators are turning incoming soil volumes into recoverable products and new revenue opportunities.
Landfill and soil receiving facilities: See a live system recover aggregate, reduce residual waste and protect valuable landfill capacity.
Civil and excavation contractors: Explore practical ways to reduce off-site disposal, recover material, and improve project economics.
Environmental and remediation consultants: Explore how soil washing can be incorporated into remediation plans to separate contaminants, reduce residual waste volumes, recover usable aggregate, and improve project economics.

Attendees will have a chance to see the recovery process, as well as the Tyrone International TrackWash Pro mobile wash plant up-close.

Frontline says the Tyrone International TrackWash Pro offers a more flexible way to enter the washing market. It is built for quicker deployment, easier relocation and a more practical alternative to fixed installations for the right application.

Attendees will follow material through the Headlands washing system and see how each stage contributes to recovery.

As an active soil recovery operation accepting both wet and dry feeds, Headlands says it offers a real-world view of how washing technology can handle changing material conditions and recovery requirements.

The Headlands and Frontline Washing team of experts say they will break down the process, explain what drives performance and show how finished materials can move from incoming soil to reusable and marketable aggregate products.

9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.: Honouring ceremony
10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.: Live equipment demo
11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.: Lunch and networking
12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.: Guided plant tours
