Is there a TLO/member for whether a mob is encounter locked and if so to who for servers with encounter locking? I didn't find anything in the docs.

I see in the docs that you can check if a spawn is marked with what number, but I do no see a way to target marked npc 1 for instance. This is using the original MQ script, not LUA or Plugins. Can this be done?

This is an oldschool ask, but I am wondering if any of our members have anything more than what I found in this thread (below) to automate up to the Performer. There are a few trinkets, plus 2.5 pieces I'd like to go get, but the mechanics are pretty crappy.

I am having an issue with my Paladin wherein he will cast protective confession far more often than needed during downtime. Essentially, he spams it over and over until another action in the rotation comes up. Is there something I can do to adjust the timing on this? I would prefer to keep it in his rotation rather than disable it. I am using the latest version of RGMercs.
