Hex file withe e230 suffix is available on am32 website. Bootloader can be same irrespective of the firmware probably

When I zoomed in on your esc pic, I see e230 written on the MCUs, if it is e230, the MCUs are not f421 , try flashing the skystar e230 hex file.

Try this, if you haven't already: https://esc-configurator.com/ , with the props off and battery on. Also make sure that you have selected the esc protocol as Dshot 600 or more
