The key to winning in dynasty is identifying value before your league mates do. There’s a method to the madness. Right now we’re in one of the best buying windows of the offseason, the bleak lull between OTAs and training camp, when trade markets tend to cool, and managers become more willing to deal.
With the start of RazzBowl8 drafts on the horizon, I feel it is time to address the elephant in the room. Sure, I love discussing my top WR breakouts and bargains, but I also need to hop over to the negative side of the ledger and discuss WRs I am currently, and probably consistently fading in 2026 drafts.
We all love rookie potential, second-year players and TEs emerging to their prime. What about the OGs though? The wiley vets are important, generally stable and while they may lack upside sometimes, they rarely tank a week or season as long as they maintain health.
If you’ve never experienced the glorious chaos of a startup dynasty draft, you’re missing out. I highly encourage everyone to join a league and embrace the beautifully dysfunctional dynasty crowd. These leagues test your ball knowledge, patience, and emotional stability in ways your significant other probably already does.
