23XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports are currently suing NASCAR. The antitrust trial is set to begin on December 1, 2025.

ESPN wrote a story leading into Monday’s trial. Denny Hamlin, 23XI Racing co-owner was not happy with some of the wording.

“Suddenly all these ‘stupid rednecks’ can read just fine.”

Last week, Blasphemous messages surfaced in the lawsuit against NASCAR by 23XI Racing / Front Row Motorsports. In the messages, the then NASCAR President Steve Phelps called NASCAR team owner Richard Childress a ‘redneck’ among other comments.

The messages were revealed in court documents.
