Just wondering what would be the best/most impactful part(s) to upgrade. I haven't had a ton of issues, but typically run about 40-50FPS on most games on medium settings.

I'm trying to upgrade my graphics card from an RX 6600 to an RTX 4070. My specs are: a Ryzen 5 5600 processor, 24GB of DDR4 RAM, and a Corsair RM550 80+ Gold power supply. I've seen in Facebook groups and various forums that upgrading to an RTX 4070 with these specs shouldn't be a problem, but ideally, I'd have a better power supply. What do you think? I want to upgrade as im currently on a zotac 2070 blower and a r7 2700x. I have 32gb of ddr4 ( 4 sticks of 8 ) and im having a hard time justifying spending 800 dollars on 2x32gb off ddr5. I have 3 options; bite the bullet and lose 800 dollars, sell my old ram for a few hundred bucks then bite the bullet, or just use the ddr4.

Should I get a motherboard with or without wifi? Is it easier to have one with wifi and will it affect anything(price and performance) or will just not matter?
