Will this sapphire cut a gem too dark?
I have this dark blue found out of sapphire qld by myself and I am getting it cut into a men’s wedding ring but I am worried it will turn out too dark and just look black.
Would anyone who has experience with lapidary be able to weigh in.
Will be set into a gold band (so no light from underneath the gem) witch I assume will not help with the colour either.

3500 Up Date Battery
Hope i can get advice .Just purchased a 3500 and want to run a cam corder battery or lighter than the original battery. Minelab Pro sonic wireless system

When I purchased my 4500, it came with a Pro Sonic. I have never used it as I chose to use a plug in speaker, and this seems to do the job fine.
