Alison and Michael Davie of North Paddock Farms in Taber have been named Alberta’s honourees for Canada’s Outstanding Young Farmers, 2026.

Besides potatoes, Paddock farms produces cereals, seed canola, pulses, flax, timothy hay and garlic. They took over Alison’s family farm in 2013, shortly after they met while studying agriculture and commerce in New Zealand.
