Forza Horizon 5 PS5 – Child PSN profiles permanently locked out after first launch (no warning)

Help Please! Parental Controls

Not tech savy at all. Son’s new PS5. I have no experience. He keeps getting “You’re restricted from using communication features” during certain modes of NBA 2k26. It then says “send your parents a request to use communication features for this game” And there is a “send request” button which I press and get nothing. I’m stuck and lost. Account compromised

Back in late December, I was hit by a series of hacks (Microsoft, Instacart, etc.). Every single company verified the fraud and restored my access immediately once I showed proof—except Sony.
