My take-home is Never ask rhetorical questions, especially when doing business, negotiating, or otherwise engaging in a tough, important, or high-stakes conversation.The customer service example took me out. Customer service really takes a lot, including unnecessary and undeserving rants, instead of respectfully going straight to the point.
