FWP or Tahitians?

GIA certified seller insists that these are Tahitians, despite the obvious egg/potato shaped pearls. Size is also not as common, these gotta be 6mm? 7mm?

Confirming they are in fact FWP.

Hi, all. I’m sorry I don’t have better pictures but these two photos are of a friend’s necklaces. She says they are real pearls. Would you please help me identify them? The multi-color strand was purchased from a jeweler in New Orleans about 20 years ago. The necklace on brown leather or other fiber was purchased around the same time in Florence, Italy. Thank you.
