To day we would attend the Fly-in again, however we would review how busy the new arrivals were and at an appropriate agreed time, leave in order to visit a couple of other local airfields.

We left at 1200hrs and visited another 10 airfields during the afternoon.

Another well organised Oxford Aviation Group trip, indeed my final overseas trip of the year.

This took me to the Hahnweide Old Timer Fly-in at the airfield of Kirchheim~Baden-Wurttemberg.

Final day and a sad one. A few days earlier the Radom show had a fatal crash, so the show was cancelled. Our thoughts went out to all concerned. I also understand that the pilot had attended our Fairford show this year?
