Hey all, I guess I've never had to do a mirror job on Spectera before, but I have a patient who wants mirrored shades, and Spectera is asking me for a %age for the mirror. Not a lab guy, so I'm not really sure what to go with here? Ranges from 5%-70% and while I recognize that the lower %age is going to be much closer to a flash mirror, I'm struggling to find anything to give me...

We all know that axial length is the biggest culprit with regards to abnormal image sizes on the retina. But in cases where it's purely at the corneal or lens level, it would make sense to me that these would cause differing image sizes as well (even if it's clinically insignificant). BUT the literature keeps on saying different(without really drawing it out and explaining why)....

New Crizal AR with little to no reflex color about to launch. Didn't we try this before when AR for eyeglasses was first available?? Dumb people complained it wasn't on the lens because it couldn't be seen.
