Transition XTRAtive Polar, what do you think? I would try it but not any lab sell it I remember the old transition polarized was so slow that remind me 90's photocromics how about performance of this New version?

High-cyl PAL options?

Hey all, having trouble finding a PAL lens for a patient's RX. RX is: OD -0.50 -8.25 x110 OS -2.25 -6.25 x075 Add +2.25 As you likely already noticed that Cyl in the OD is making this difficult.
